Had problem an hour ago with client not showing when logged in. It was listed in task manager list, but client wasn't visible in system tray.

Tried some fixes to no avail so reinstalled Steam.

Is anyone else having the 503 error because I was going to trade a sniper mask for a soldier mask but kept loading slow and gave me a 503 error plus steam sites not loading.
