temps up 10c with these weather temps (max load) anyone else?

Well I've come to the conclusion that my 3770K is an absolute dog... can't seem to get it stable unless I put silly volts through it, which I'm not willing to do. Mind you at stock it's still a cracking piece of kit!
Might be that motherboard needing a new bios i know 1 came out for the formula
which helped stability

Can someone help me here, I've been having crashes and suspect it's down to my igpu
I've got it set to disabled here 'internal graphics'

But when i raise the voltage or clocks the temps change, even when it's disabled. I did this because I intitally had the volts and clocks set to min and since I disabled it in the pic above I put volts anc clocks back to normal and the temps went back up so I suspect more volts are going through it, even though I disabled it. Is it possible to stop volts going through it completely?
I only did this because when volts are low I suspect it causes my crashes, though if I put the clocks to normal my temps go up by 10c![]()
