I doubt there will be a price drop until late next year as it looks like Kinect as already got a fairly good install base for developers to take the risk on. As for games there are a few games coming out this week in the US (mainly fitness games) and a few titles will be out early next year (Child of Eden) but there isn't really any killer announcements as of yet.
If sales continue to do pretty well expect a major amount of announcements at E3 including Haloz Kinect etc.
It is only 2 player and you can't use 2 Kinects as the IR sensor would be mighty confused But many games do advertise having other players just out of the cameras line of sight following the on screen action so the can be involved.
