So how is Kinect fairing, have updates improved it at all?

Child of Eden is pretty good with it, perhaps the most accurate game in terms of hand tracking I've played so far. I think everyone is waiting for the next "wave" of games, like Kinect Sports 2 etc. as it's gone a bit quiet for big Kinect releases. I'm still impressed with the tech after several months, love navigating through Sky Go with just my hands :p

Those "glasses" look good above, if they don't interfere with the accuracy then they will be a godsend for some people with smaller spaces.

Is the input still slightly lagging or did they solve that?

It doesn't feel laggy to me, I know there were a few issues at launch but I think over a few dash updates it has improved.

Lag can also be attributed to Kinect positioning and how well/badly a game is programmed too for a guess?

Got Child of Eden on rental at the moment, it really is stunning to play, controls work like a charm. The only negative is I get a bit carried away with throwing my arm around and end up with a sore arm :p
