Think I'm happy with how my films look finally!

Assume that is Aeon Nox? Thats what I use, but I'd prefer a style with smaller posters and more fanart visible. None of the default views are really doing it for me, I seem to be swapping between wall (the benefit being able to view multiple movies in your collection) or the full fan art, which looks pretty but only lets you cycle movies one at a time.

I like Aeon Nox but just trying out Aeon MQ 4 which also seems decent.

Aeon MQ4 was awesome, now using Ace as it is the same, only lighter. Same guy made both.

Is there a go to company that stands out from the rest for a low profile pci-e tv card?

XBMC isn't a great choice for a streamer, it's a client that's best used plugged direct to your TV via hdmi. It does have done but honestly there are better solutions.

Use plex for streaming.

Well xbmc does have a dlna server, imagine that only your library files will be available on it though.

I've got a BlackGold BGT3620 dual-HD Freeview tuner card, which has been in my server with Argus-TV for the last few months, and it's working great.

Really enjoying PseudoTv. A little clunky on my ATV2, though, would be nice if it was a little smoother. Only problem I find is if changing channel from Dolby Digital to a SD file with stereo, there is no sound.

Ive read the blackgold customer reviews and they seem not so great. Also it supposedly gets alittle warm and this might be a problem as I am running a totally fan-less build.

This seems to get good reviews its just expensive.

I haven't got a bad thing to say about my Blackgold tuner. I am very aware there are many people who'd say otherwise though!

From what I've hard, BlackGold tuners are generally very good. But like all tech products, you sometimes have faults. And BG's tech support and customer service is legenderaly bad. I was tempted to get one of their quad tuners, but heard too many horror stories of customers being fobbed off then simply not responding to contact attempts, that I decided not to risk it.
