***Official Le Mans 24 Hours Thread***

Nakajima gets in the Toyota. I'm half expecting it in the wall, or another car in the next few laps. ;)

Audi take the lead with a faster stop including a driver change.

Errr...except apparently Toyota are still in the lead?

God dammit I turn the TV off for 30 mins since the start of the race and everything happens!

Toyota No 8 officially retired.
Davidson on his way to the medical centre in the ambulance.

I'm wondering if the fin on the back of the car assisted in the car going airborne? It's one hell of a panel for the 200mph air to press against.

Ferrari driver was Perrazzini - confirmed to Eurosport that he saw the Toyota but misjudged the distance.

D'OH!

How on earth can you get a race seat in a race this prolific and not be able to judge distances to the point you completely wipe out another car?

Afraid the Ferrari driver is sitting on a very lonely side of the fence. He was only ever going to say that though, and it 'could' be argued that Davidson should have just breathed the throttle and pass him after the corner. Either way, so long as no injuries, it's just one of those things.

Ooops. Deltawing is off into the wall.

No 7 Toyota is in the pitlane. Such a shame. Going to have to absolutely nail it throughout the night.

Contact between the Deltawing and No7... What did I say earlier about Nakajima and hitting another car? ;)

Toyota No7 looks like its spending a long time in the pits. Was within seconds of the lead, now 7 laps down. About to be overtaken by the No3 Audi.

Shame. Was really starting to impress me.
