Link you crazy fool! Fair enough test the defib 3X longer than normal but please take off med kits.

Having no extra med kits is what makes Insanity what it is, don't turn it back into Vanilla!!
 
It makes no difference how long it takes for defib to work... they shouldn't be in versus, full stop. Its incredibly hard for a survivor to die before a team wipe. If it does, bringing them back to half hp with multiple more incaps just wastes everything the infected did.
 
Finishing 50% of games? Thats higher than normal.

Yer, not too bad really. The one we lost was a really close fought thing, we made loads of mistakes and ended up losing by 30 or so points if I remember.

The other two were close as well, so we did really well to find some good games yesterday - only winning by a small margin on the other 2 makes the game so much more enjoyable.
 
it would be great if you could set a timeframe of 60 seconds to revive a team mate from the point of death... but guessing theres no way you can console that in :D
 
This is what I would like to see changed in Insanity myself:

1) No Medkits beyond safe room Medkits.
2) No Defibs at all!
3) Smoker Tongue health decreased, it's got too much hp at the moment so it's almost impossible to kill it with ranged weaponry. I agree with buffing it (breaks too easy in Vanilla) but think it's buffed a bit too much as it is
4) Reduce fire damage a bit, it's a bit too high as it is imo, I think it would be better if it did around 25% less damage (still deadly, but unlikely to kill you instantly.)
5) Try and reduce melee damage tank takes

That's my 2 cents anyway, interested to know if anyone else agrees with me :)

I wonder if maybe they could be gibbed or frozen after a certain time period though? Or maybe just something simple like make the corpse disappear after a set period of time.

Would make it slightly better as then there'd be a massive rush to revive the dead person.
 
Ok then, medkits removed again, but defibs are now back in, as they now take longer to bring someone back from the dead. ;)

Adrenaline > Your increased Defib time
The fact infected have 20-30 respawn timers > Your increased Defib time

Returning defibs to vs is fail. You shouldn't let your teammate die in the first place, if you do, you shouldn't be able to res them.

Eulogy, Ellu already has a mod on his to do that. Halves the melee damage vs Tanks. So its possible thankfully.

3) i like smoker tongue as it is, with a snipe it goes down pretty quick and the instances are rare when the team cant get to the tongue to mele OR kill the smoker straight out. gives the smoker a bit more bite rather than only useful for death drops
4) i actually agree on the fire dmg (though it makes me less fun)
5) definitely
 
Lol [isuck] scoobz/lamster's team raged when we met them in T vs :D

We've never had a clan finish a game :(
