It's the equivalent of being behind in football so picking the ball up and going home midgame.
It's short for "rage quit" as opposed to respectable forms of quitting ie something urgent in RL and having to leave etc.

Its probably best if you keep it to yourself tbh. After all, we only use it for team versus and if we needed to kick anyone it's probably the opponents so we'd just return to lobby. Would just be a temptation for ****ing around.

Every time you do anything on source mod, correct me if I'm wrong, it shows up on the game chat window. "Knubj3 slaps Steve! for 10 damage" etc.
That is a pretty **** poor performance, if you start a team game just finish it. It only proves that you are lesser players than the guys who get their ass kicked but stay until the end.
I think Steve was on something last night anyway, I was pub stomping and Steve! axe's me if I want to play a Team VS Game with me, mrk, pookie & rroddga against you lot.
Yeah, nice one Steve; might just take your offer up on getting my anus gaped open with no lube and everyone taking turns until it bleeds and my guts fall out and I die from blood/gut loss which has prolapsed out of me onto the floor, as I lay there spasming taking my last breaths before one of you gives me a dirty sanchez and a tea bag.

It's up to the server to set the level of display on admin commands. By default it shows everyone on server that an admin has done something, and shows the admins WHO did something. But you can make it not show anything to non-admins
