** Official Mayhems Development Log **

Mayhems Aurora 2 Coolants (Developmental July 2012)

You can see the colour change happening in this vid we have made this one very subtle so you can get a idea how it will react in a normal loop. The colour is from Dark gray blue to light blue. The new fluids are being developed for long term use and should work in a lot more systems.

Above is another vid

dark red to light red done but needs tweaking, Black to white, Orange to yellow, Purple to lilac (haha it actually a cool colour), gray to blue and quite a few others. The problem i have though ROTFLMAO i forgot to right down the mixtures i did to make them hahaha.

It did really well until i hit 50c then it leached but it did better than primochill. XSPC, Thermochill and Clearflex defo came out on top but they all have there faults still. There is no perfect tubing i have come across yet.

Finally got it under test and about time

No plans are set in stone yet, its taken a good few years to bring this up to a point were it works in a pc with out killing it pmsl. Now were at the point of testing it fully and getting the right mixture for the right temp.

E.g im running a duel core cpu and GPU on a single quad pass rad and were hitting 38c, so as soon as we turn on the PC its changing colour so we need to bring out other versions that change at different temp to combat this. E.g a use can chose the liquid suited to there PC.

PrimoFlex is a no no so much so some retailer are pulling it from there stock.

Clearflex i use all the time and am very happy with, Thermochill, XSPC, Masterclear all so are good brands that we have had no major issues with.

dam your doing better than me we have just failed aurora 2 lol ... having to rewind and start again. Chameleon on the other hand is doing really well.

haha it will be out in the next few days. i just got sent the cover photo and told what was in it. The USA mag i all so got given from a consumer in USA.

Thats oneas a easy one :)

Get UV Yellow Green + Blue. + you favorite coolant, premix or water.

1) Mix UV Yellow Green till you get a really bright colour in your system or glass.
2) Take blue and 1 drop to 100 ml of water
3) Slowly add the 100 ml to the UV yellow green till you get the correct colour. Do not add all the 100 ml just go slow.

If working with Mayhems Pastel double the amounts used.

On the new site im working on were going into a lot detail about how to mix dyes and create you very own unique colours. Were all so looking into releasing Dye Packs so that you can even more creative.

If your at the i46 you may be lucky if you catch me to see Aurora 2 "Adamantium". The worlds first None Toxic liquid metal effect coolant. Ive only got a small sample though so it wont be in a PC. Ill only be there sat and sun though. Have a good weekend every one. Ill see you when i get back ...

Never tired it cannot comment on it. Sorry can only comment on things i know about :( . I have had some tubing from XSPC in the past but it wasn't called hiflex so it maybe different.

Space Monkey whats you email mate ill check. I get a lot of rejected emails..

Red add to which premixed coolant. e.g red added to X1 i don't think you'll see much difference, red added to Pastel you may see more of a difference. the only way to know though is to try.
