How's the game running on your rigs and what hardware have you got ?

I'm looking to buy a new computer, the CPU, RAM and Mobo are easy choices, it's the graphics card which isn't, is it best to wait now until the next gen cards come out in the Autumn?
 
Zero problems here with the game pass version. Playing at 1440p on a i7 8700/1080ti and currently on the ultra preset, seems to be fine. Not sure on framerate but definitely playable.
 
Mines ok on medium but anything above and it chugs, think I need a better graphics card! World detail looks ok at medium setting but not amazing when you're close to the ground. Ryzen 7 3700X, 16GB, RX480 4Gb.
 
Wondering whether to buy a 2070 now for £400, and then perhaps sell it when the new cards are in stock, depending on the price of them. Can't imagine they'll be in stock until the Winter?

I think you’d be bonkers not to wait. The game isn’t going anywhere so does it matter if you can’t get a new card until late October/early November?

I wouldn’t want the hassle of trying to sell a card especially when the new ones arrive I’d expect the values to tank.
 
I downloaded 90odd last night and now it's saying it wants to download 50 .
I tried to play but can't get into the game apart from the option screens so as I say I'm downloading this extra 50.

I thought people were saying it's 90dd in size? I hope my install isn't borked or something...

My X52 Pro is working fine mostly... the axis assignments are not in any way intuitive though.
 
Yes I will wait. Maybe there might even be some Corsair PSUs to buy when the new Graphics Cards are available too!
 
If music was going to be forced on the downloader like it is, you'd have thought they'd have made a more interesting theme song. Thank God you can switch off the MSFlight sim sound alone using Volume Mixer while it downloads.
