Evening all
Have tried the freebie version of minecraft and while i am not that good at it just yet i am getting the idea. If someone could help me with the following i would appreciate it as i am not sure the best way forward.
Am pretty sure that my first port of call is the web site to buy the game, do i create a minecraft username that i can carry to whichever server with me?
Never played on a server i will read the rules thoroughly first just would like to be part of the ocuk one preferably and while i will probably spend a fair bit of time getting the hang of things it would be good to be part of a "team" so to speak.
So yup thats about it and yes i guess what i am asking for is a quick "idiot" guide to make sure i do it properly
Thanks in advance
I've had this idea before but how would people feel about having multiple smaller worlds rather than one big main one? (we'd keep the current world of course)
This would mean we could easily have new areas when new stuff comes out and would be more manageable when there are issues.
Related to this, I've been working on the test server today to see if we can get multiverse running nicely so we can get to the old world.
Also..toString...my attempt to restore the region file for your house seemed to fail. I have one extremely old backup that may work so I'll try that tomorrow when I'm in work if I don't get time tonight.
Need to setup some more efficient cooling now
Finished my super-duper-mega-sorting-processing-rig today. Chuck anything into the "dump chest" and it'll either sort it into one of the chests, macerate it, recycle it, burn it, squeeze it or compress it into a finished product - then it'll put it into the right chest.
No more mucking about when I'm done mining, just dump the lot in a chest and walk away

That's awesome :D
you could use a redpower water mill type setup but for the engine cooling
Got any links for a guide? I've just created two separate pools for each side for now.
