you might want to test railcraft's liquid unloaders emptying directly into machines/engines with absolutely no pipes. the server direwolf is testing on completely crashed because of that and could only be brought back once the mod fixed the bug. they could have rolled back but it might be worth a test just to put the warning out if it does cause crashes
i dont know what version of railcraft they were using (presumably a very recent one) or what liquid they were using but it was definitely in a very recent episode of direwolf's server play season 2

There are no problems directly in and out of tanks or directly in to engines/refinery. So all good there
do you have forestry installed? i think it was a forestry machine where the problem happened
