*** Official OcUK Minecraft Server - Discussion and Rules ***

It's been the same with nobody on though? And surely it would be normal overnight, even then the machines are on a go slow because I leave them running but they make a fraction of what they should.
It's a bit variable too, the scrap machine is now almost normal but the induction machine is practically dead, chests also stop registering things entering via pipes.

It's like some things work and others don't

Will log in now and take a look.

Sorry about late reply been working on 1.4.6 ;)

Never played on the Vanilla server, but it did seem pretty popular a few weeks ago, maybe it's just because of Christmas nearing :)

Just for info really, the server is unreachable.
I also tried the rootserv one which it says is up, but I get a "java socket exception"

I'm sure people have better things to do, but thought I'd say something in case other people are wondering :)

Thanks for all the help with bits and bobs lately guys, must return the favour to others soon

Any chance an admin could roll back the area circled in red below on the vanilla server? It used to be a really cool pregened jungle ruin before someone decided to mine it out. It was the only one on the server I am able to find. Its things like this I like to visit and explore occasionally, so would be good to have it back if possible. TBH I thought places like this were protected, not sure though. Note sure exactly when it was damaged either.

Me and Siewwanlinda are still having Java issues since rejoining you guys a couple of nights ago. If anyone has any ideas of what a possible fix is, we'd appreciate it :).

Problem:
2 PC's, side by side, both using wireless connections to the same router.
When PC1 is playing, no problems.
When PC2 is playing, no problems.
When both PC's are playing, PC2 will get the following error and boot you out. Sometimes every few mins.

Connection Lost
Internal exception: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

I guess it's a network problem? Any ideas where to start?

Tried un-installing / re-installing Java, multiple versions and variations. Cleared Java cache. Deleted player file server side (Siews).

I know other players who play at the same location who don't have issues so I'm not sure if it is just that, there might be something up with the router getting confused with the traffic though? I'm not sure!

I'll post the jungle stuff in the admin forums, I think most of us are away including myself for the holidays though so it might be a few days before we have a look at it :p
