I don't always get to catch many of you online &/or you play on the 'crazy' server :p so I'd like to wish you all a very merry Christmas and lovely new year now as no doubt everyone will start to get into the Christmas spirit very soon. :D

Thanks for the replies chaps yes I have just upgraded to windows 8 64 bit so I need java 64 bit oui?.
I am using 3.2 launcher am trawling through a billion search results on uncle google so if someone has any ideas I might try would be extremely greatfull I never click on the update button:)

Sooooo RP2 has been released for 1.4.6
guess what yrth and 5punk are going to be working on today ;)

not we still are waiting on some other stuff.
MCPC is no longer being made so we have to look at another way of
using the admin stuff but we have some nice plans in place :D
 
The new RedPower update looks really fun, going to be a lot of work overhauling all of the current systems everyone has in place as the new Managers are going to be a lot more efficient especially seeing as timers will be pretty much redundant in sorting systems now.

Might reduce lag on the server a little bit?

downgrade to java 6 update 39 and should fix your problems (you can have both 32 and 64 bit installed which is recommended by Oracle)

it might be a much bigger overhaul than you think ;)

Are we (Kazz_uk and Siewwanlinda) still whitelisted? It's been about a year since we last played I think :).

Also, what version is the classic / vanilla server running? We've just downloaded Minecraft today so we're on the latest version. How do we downgrade? Cheers and see ya's soon!

anyone having any issues the past two days ?
None of my machines are working properly, everything is taking twenty times as long to work. The look of stone travelling in a pipe is intermittent too and blocks do not break the first time, they keep bouncing back.
Never had the machine problem before and everything was working fine three days ago. The machines that make UU are working slowly even when I'm not logged in, only getting a few pieces when I should be making 64+

Not expecting a fix as people are on holiday, I'm just sharing the issue :)

It's been the same with nobody on though? And surely it would be normal overnight, even then the machines are on a go slow because I leave them running but they make a fraction of what they should.
It's a bit variable too, the scrap machine is now almost normal but the induction machine is practically dead, chests also stop registering things entering via pipes.

It's like some things work and others don't :confused:
