Looks like Whitefall. To be fair any server is going to be madness for the first couple of weeks, then like everything else, people will move, will re-roll, quit etc.. then it should all start to calm down.

Agreed. I don't hold out much hope getting on right from the off tonight, depends how ninja my character creation skills are and how stable the servers are under the massive load :)
 
I'm probably going to only get on and hold me chosen char names, might try adding a few OcUK'ers to my friends list.
Past that I think I may go out on the lash tonight instead and think fondly of 300k players all fighting after the same 2 rabbit mobs to collect 10 bunny ears a piece.
 
Whats everyone doing, Bloodiron or whatever is no queue at all, but is that bad long term, totally oversubscribed and no where near enough servers, at least for launch, can't see many people logging out, these are guys that played the beta and in Europe, have the whole evening to play.

EDIT:_ Its already moved from medium to high server so could well be full, the most servers are full. Do we know how many people they are letting on each server?

Also literally just finished building my computer into a HAF, well finished 5mins ago, logged in, then couldn't get on any other server :p

EDIT:- lol, Bloodiron is now full also but a 1 minute wait, Blightweild is up to a 4 hour wait at the moment.

I've got a 10 hour wait and my microphone is broken it seems..

I'm going to have dinner.. and my evening. Will have to play tomorrow.

I can't seem to get on the mumble server anyway?
 
There might be a server queue but at least people can login and see what's going on. I've lost count of the number of MMO launches I've seen where they flick the switch to let everyone in and then no one can login because the authentication server gets fried.

We'll only see queues for a few days, then things should start to calm down. It's perfectly normal.

Besides, it's a good opportunity to go round the shop and get more beer! :D

Agreed. Hearing from some people that once you have created a character you can actually log straight on to the server and avoid the queue so it must just be the way Trion is funnelling traffic (probably so you can actually get past the starter zones :p)
