4hr 5min, maybe we need to rethink this?

In the grand scheme of things, I'm gonna go ahead and say we should stick to the selected server and get over the fact it's a long queue on day 1 because it happens in a hell of a lot of MMOs early on.

To the point I can' even be bothered playing tonight, I'm just going to wait till the early morning.

Anyone who drops out of the guild purely because they are that impatient well, glad the left early anyway

If you follow Rift on facebook, there adding new servers constantly at the minute for US, France, UK etc

2 new english PVP servers already, unfortunely im rolling on bloodiron now (en pvp) as the queue was only a few mins Will probably re roll in a few days on whitefall.

Well it may help lower the que on Whitefall as players will drop out & join the new opened server. only umm that said my que time has just gone from 2hrs to 20 hrs

Yeah mate, it seems like all the Russian guilds also found out they were supposed to go to Cloudbourne and decided that they wanted to play on Whitefall instead

Well it's only a 20 min wait mate. Just hope this new server choice doesn't come back to haunt us once it calms down.

this happens on every release. Servers crushed for a couple of weeks, users QQ'ing over it all and claiming to cancel, raft of new servers are added, 2 months later you get server mergers.

Kinda suprised they wernt ready for it as exactly the same thing happend with the WaR release that they were all working for at the time. but hey ho, such is life and headstarts.

Told my friends to get on the same server as me, the same as originally planned in this guild. but they aint moving off now so I do have to stay on Whitefall unfortunately.

Shame you didn't have the patience to stick.
