In the lab, hyper motion, this is 120I have motion smooth on already, definitely works @ qhd+. It's motion interpolation, but I don't believe it runs @ 120fps.

I use a screen FPS counter, YouTube it's definitely at 120 for meI've enabled motion smoothing and hyper motion smoothing, rebooted the phone, and still don't appear to have 120 fps available in YouTube.
I'm not saying the screen isn't refreshing at 120Hz, but it's interpolating rather than playing native 120Hz.I use a screen FPS counter, YouTube it's definitely at 120 for me

Ahhh mystery solved! Thanks.Yes, thats what is happening. YouTube videos are 60fps max anyway as far as I know.

for the 12GB/256? Shows £649 for me

Wtf shows 599.99 for meAnd the 8gb 128 shows as £549... so which do you think he was referring to?![]()
I would still pick the 8T for £449. Been using mine a week now and it's soo good. 6hrs+ screen on time every day and the 65W charging is so convenient, could never use anything slower again.
Fair enough, I guess it depends on priorities when picking a phone. Camera is near the bottom of mine. And the cam on the 8T is more than enough for my needs. Flat screen and charge speed are near the top so the 8T is a perfect match, but definitely the 8 Pro will be a better choice for others who prefer a better camera.8 Pro for the Cameras. 30W charging is hardly slumming it. Fast charging is best used sparingly anyhow.
Yep very true. Wake up, plug in phone, go toilet to **** and shower, come back and phone is at 100% is my new charging habitJust depends on your own charging habits.
