are OCUK players playing together in any game that may or may not resemble PS2 tonight? if so is there a public chat to potentially get organised?

Yeah, remember when a bunch of us were kicked from the wow cata beta due to someone seeing the thread here, and as far as I could tell none of us had even broken the NDA that time.
 
I think it's safe to safe to say:

EVERYTHING IN THE TECH TEST AND BETA IS UNDER THE NDA (NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT)

This includes audio, video, game details, your thoughts or impressions on the game, and even the fact that you were invited to the tech test. So:

DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING ABOUT THE TECH TEST OR BETA IF IT HAS NOT BEEN PUBLICLY ANNOUNCED BY SOE

Why?
  1. Discussing the game in public before it's ready for public release can harm its reputation and sales figures. This would be bad for everyone involved, players & devs alike.
  2. You might get banned from PS2 beta and/or the finished game.
  3. Open discussion of NDA topics might get OCUK in trouble for "not moderating" the forum. Which leads us to:
  4. You might get banned from the OCUK forums.

So let's not have any NDA breakage :)
 
A huge image saying 'If you let people know you are in the beta then you are breaking the NDA' and people still do it XD The mind boggles.
 
For those who don't know, or might have forgotten at this late hour...

The trailer for PS2, the "cinematic trailer" is going to be made available to us all at around 3am. So check planetside2.com for that! Methinks it might have a date for either a beta release, or full release of the game... but that being said, they've been quite adamant to not stick to any dates during the development of the game, so it wouldn't surprise me if it's purely a trailer. Though it'd be somewhat annoying if they'd hyped something up this much and just have it be a bit of rendered video showing what the game is about...

Yeah... I definitely jumped to conclusions and didn't second guess myself and talked about my frustrations had they just hyped up a trailer. :-|
