Cant do that email thing either, keeps requesting i allow cookies.. which I do, but it dosent change anything.

Fixed it for me using IE, made no difference in Chrome.

I ended up doing it in IE as well, even without the email it actually allowed me to do the spec check thing.

To share your specs change your browser language to english US then refresh the page worked fine for me

To be honest, it would probably be far faster to just download it direct from Sony. The game's changed so much since the original release that there's not going to be enough left from the original game.

Just bought my PC Gamer mag and redeemed the code

Does this mean im in on the beta straight away? (ie when it launches)

OR do we still have to wait for all ex Planetside players to get their go first?

Thats what I did bloody disk copy would not launch (yes installed from disk first, game just hung all the time on launcher)

I just re read the mag and it looks like PC Gamer beta codes get instant access, as it says once Beta launches we will be activated!

So unless theres some sort of pre-Beta launch for PS1 vets... we should all be in

Just downloaded and install PS1, not the easiest of things to get working. Had a runtime error so had to put planetside.exe into xp compatibility mode, and even once I get ingame the mouse sensitivity is unusable. In menus the mouse is super fast, and when not in menus it doesn't pick up fine/slow movements of my mouse, and if I speed up my mouse just a little it 'jumps'. at high mouse movements it doesn't seem so bad, but for precision stuff it's unplayable until I can figure out what's wrong.

Download it from Sony and it just works first time. Worked fine for me anyway.
