Hindsight? I subbed for 6 months, and put the cancellation date in my diary. Glad I did now. That's a total stitch up and at very least deserves a ticket to customer services before the EU get involved. Now thats one cause that deserves nerd rage other than bleedin' zergs/AA/base design/not PS1 and other such topics. Was there any hint in the Terms and Conditions that the 5 quid a month would be withdrawn if you simply cancelled your standing order??
Out of interest are you SOE subbed or Pro7? This is easy to answer, do you pay in euro's or US dollars?
SOE I think. I paid in game and when I checked my emails I noticed this
You will automatically be charged the above amount for the number of months purchased until you cancel. You can cancel by logging into your SOE account and selecting "Game Pass Info" then "Cancel;" if you do that, your Game Pass will be cancelled at the end of the period in which you cancel your account, but nothing will be refunded to you.
And that's all it says. So in case I forget which I did with my Gym membership and I was paying for months before I cancelled, so I always cancel these things straight away.
I thought I'd be fine then this comes.
This email is to confirm your recent Membership cancellation.
As a result of this cancellation, your access to exclusive Members Only content will be removed after the end of your Membership cycle. In addition, and with immediate effect, you will no longer receive SC500 per month (granted for remaining on an auto-renew plan).
But you don’t have to leave the game completely! Your Station Account remains active, so you can continue your online adventures with uninterrupted access to free content!
If you miss the great Members Only quests, items, or your other characters, you can always renew your membership or purchase additional items with Station Cash.
If you have any questions or need more help, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

I hope I can get back on the rolling contract, but can't see any way of doing it in the account settings other than buying another 3 months etc.
What should I say in my ticket to the account department?
Cheers
