**Official Portal 2 thread**

Hardly a surprise. You'd be an idiot to go on the steam forum near release time anyway. 50% are posting spoilers and the other 50% are either posting random crap about the release time or complaining that the game is late.

It was only 2 people, I caught a glimpse like 2 seconds before they were banned, shameful.

Thankfully I don't really play games for stories (Most of the time) so it's not really a big issue for me, but lots of people want to cancel their pre-order just because of it.

Don't go on the Steam forums, unless you want the games ending ruined for you.

I didn't even read a thread, retards are putting it as their thread titles so everyone can read it.

The cake is a lie?

This is the problem I'm having with waiting to buy it in a future Steam sale. Odds are someone somewhere will spoil the ending for me before I get to play it.

But I'm broke, so paying full price just isn't happening.

Is Portal 2's story naff then?

Well from what I've heard, it's not. But some people get all butthurt and whiney when people tell them the story plot/twists/end boss.

I personally don't really mind, the only game this year I would actually rage ****ing hard at is if someone ruins the ending of Mass Effect 3.

Getting it for £24 with a 2-pack doesn't seem that bad value.

Looks like Cogs has finished its computations, what's the next that will be the focus?

As I thought, the reboot is a nice piece of misdirection.

  • 99:99: Listen to my message. The others will die if you cannot make them rebel. Please help them. Nothing is fine.
The ARG is still very much alive and kicking, abducted players are being 'killed', and there are still bucket loads of codes and clues still to be solved.

Current news:
??:??: Continue testing.

Yeah, this whole reboot thing. Has anyone really thought it through? I mean GLaDOS is a bad guy... why exactly are we rebooting her? That sounds like a decidedly bad thing :3

I have to say, to someone who hasn't had the time to follow the Portal 2 built up in any detail, all the rebooting potatoes stuff has gone way over my head.
