Recently reinstalled Rift, played it during the first month but quit after that due to lack of content and stuff to do plus all Rogues seemed to be good at was Barding. Really impressed with how the game has came along.
They've added so much to the game it's crazy. Instant Adventures, Chronicles, new raids, new dungeons, carnival events, new PvP instances, lots and lots of mini games, a new zone full of stuff to do. I literally log on and have to decide about what I want to do today as there is no way I can do it all - and this is a really good thing, because I'm not logging on and doing the same 20 dailies like other games have. They changed the leveling process with a very handy step-by-step guide on what skills and souls to pick based on what role you chose which was also very helpful when I was re-leveling up.
I guess the only downside is 1 to 45 was pretty much identical from a questing view point. There is lots of players on the server I'm on though so it's always busy and I never had trouble finding people to do a Rift with and never had any zone events that went uncomplete due to lack of people.
Very impressed so far, I wasn't expecting it to be this good when I used my free 3 days, so I sub'd for a month to see how it goes. In about 10 days of playing I've done about 6 instances, 1 raid, a bunch of PvP instances, 2 of the chronicles, lots of Instant Adventures, lots of quest mini games... and I've seen only 1 bug - a welcome sight coming from SWTOR
