I was always under the impression it needed to be charged daily. So it could never do sleep tracking as you had to charge it overnight.

It's single probe vs 12 (i believe, was when i last had one) with a typical ECG machine which is why when i've looked at ECG watches they all have warnings a long the lines of "it may help to detect a defect/issue but you need to seek medical advice" et cetra.
I think that's why there is still some scepticism in the medical industry, plus false-positives could lead to more people in A&E for no reason.
