What's peoples impressions with the CE? Wondering it it's worth the high price tag? I've seen it being unboxed and it looked great, but i'm more interested in the whole package value with the extra in game content etc.

Good timing, just about to get a team together for the world boss on balmorra, and there already is one - somehow I always end up tanking these darn things though!

I prefer it for single play, but hate it when grouping - biochem and heals help. DPS is so much easier in a group, no one can judge (as much!).

Personally as someone who hated tanking in say, WoW and found it quite stressful, so far tanking in Swtor has been fine, fun even on my Juggernaut gradually getting more and more abilities and I've been leveling as Immortal spec so getting to know everything as I go, certainly helps with all the heroic missions. Thinking of trying Vanguard or Shadow too for a different style.

Second boss encounter on Mandolorian Raiders was pretty tough and my Athiss group contained a Mercenary who kept pulling before me or using Death from Above on a group of elites/strongs to pull and moaning that I couldn't get aggro on them all quickly (pre-threatening scream aoe taunt), but overall enjoying it a lot.

Yeah, I need an aoe taunt badly!

Mandalorian flashpoint is tough! They are certainly getting tougher.

I might look to roll on Frostclaw with a friend tomorrow (also a member on here). How would we go about getting in to TDR? I'll be playing IA Sniper and he will be probably playing Inquisitor Assassin.

OK just checked and Origin has sold out of both editions. This kinda sucks.

I assume they are trying to be cautious with their server load. I am sure there will be more on there Origin soon.

Can you not throw an invite while they are offline?

Going to try to get on this later - have outlevelled Nar Shaddaa by about 6 levels, so thinking of doing my class quests then moving on. Will probably come back to Nar Shaddaa one day down the line, just for completion, but I am wasting a lot of time and low level XP there.

Great grouping with TDR last night - can't wait to raid with everyone. Just a reminder that if you are going PvE, join Frostclaw

I remember the same situation on Aion, they lost people fast, even with redoing it so that if you crashed or anything then you had a small grace period to log back in without having to Queue

Difference is this is about a billion times better than Aion

They do need to sort these queues though.

I don't really get the instancing either, they could definitely fit more people in each instance - haven't had any trouble switching between them, but more than anything it just takes too long (even with TOR on my SSD).

Ridiculous, think I'm going to roll my Republic chars on another server then and keep FC for my Empire ones only.

Really hope they sort this out fast, I'm not a very patient individual

I would suggest Kellian Jarro, since many other OcUK have rolled there during peak times, but looking at the server list, they all seem pretty full (and if they aren't, they soon will be!).

Problem is people are doing this and exacerbating the problem because EA/Bio won't just come up with a sensible solution themselves.

I have definitely been playing for a lot longer because I know that if I log out, then I won't be getting back in.

None of the afk tricks work though, at least not for me

Just looked at the server list and there are plenty of "light" population servers now.

Of course, when you think about it, the first servers that came online will always be busy - we all rammed into them and made characters. Many friends, guildies etc will now be joining those servers also. No idea what Bioware are going to do tbh, like they say, they can't increase the number of player slots by so much.

Crazy isn't it! I am out for the next 40 mins, but figured I better get in the queue now.

Plus, because of the time of day, not only is it getting longer, it also isn't moving!

Should be! I am in the queue for one of them (Frostclaw, the best english PvE server )

20 minutes or so. Not too bad at the minute.

It is always about 3-4 times what the estimated time is though
