Nobody knows the exact EU ratio across all servers except BW. On all servers in general the split was 47-53% (Rep-Sith), source: Guild Summit. They can juggle factions on servers to get a more even spread.
Lots of great changes. Took me a good 40 minutes to read through it all.
Sadly not much help if your server doesn't have enough players to take advantage of stuff.
I would imagine they will wait until after 1.2 settles to consider server moves etc, they will want to see how many return or stay after the big changes before they make a move.
No sign of any changes hood related, do recall a Q&A said hood toggle's wouldn't be in 1.2 though.
After reading the whole notes, it's fairly decent on a game systems/content front but disappointing/wtf are the devs smoking on a class front. Baring any major changes over the testing period i can see me unsubbing soon after this is released.
On another note - next to no changes for Assassins/Shadows? Come on! Darkness/Kinetic Combat is broken at the moment, far too much utility without sacrificing damage output compared to Deception/Infiltration and Madness/Balance builds.
No beta test for me it seems. I downloaded test client, connected and what character do I find? My level 31 marauder. The marauder I haven't played since beta (because it was a beta character and was wiped), I even leveled the character to 50 in the beta so this transfer of my beta character must have happened a LONG time ago.
I give up trying to care about the test server, with a level 31 beta character I can't do anything, the legacy system doesn't work as he doesn't have a legacy (and I can't see a way to set one), even if I could set a legacy I can't do anything with it as he is only level 31. And I can't level up as my weapons and some other bits have had requirements changed since beta and are now unusable.
Get ready for class balance being based solely around the high-rated rWZ meta game.
Darkness/Kinetic is a jack-of-all-trades spec and king of 1v1. In 8v8 rWZs I expect they'll be outclassed by more specialised ACs. E.g. not having a charge will hurt (you can jump a charge if you can predict it, but that doesn't help much + root/stun, speed is much easier to counter). So no nerf to Shadow/Sin is okay from a rWZ perspective. In lower tier pvp they'll still dominate, but I doubt that'll be BW's focus with their esport aspirations Dlol)

It's not like I'm undergeared either (full BM gear), Deception/Infiltration is meant to be the king of 1v1 fights, not the tank tree.
