Am finding it very good, and playing on master setting is quite a challenge at time's. They is some very cool hidden gems you can find also.

Yeah so you will say its just linear that is true if you wanted to just follow right away with the story. But you can in each part of the maps explore and find things very similar to how Dishonored did it. Map broken down into sections.

Very small, empty sections. Most critics seem to agree with the masses of players. I did enjoy it initially, but for a game that is trying desperately to be story driven, the narrative is really cobbled - the opening especially.

Trust me, I have. They're empty. Collectables / items sure, but empty. The rooms scattered around feel like an after thought and it gets boring prying open the same looking window every time. Never anyone inside. Just a few drawers to open.

Your option, am loving it cant all be the same I guess.

Did you find the hidden door, that led to a hole new area? and if so how did you open it? :D:p

Yeah because that's the difference between a good game and a bad game :p.

Not its my point this game wants you to explore. :D

Yeah sure go on right ahead and go A to B but in between they is some cool stuff you can do and try rob.
Plus extra missions yyou can find, it's a challenge trying to get into places without being seen or killing anyone.

As in void of activity.

A quick google and couple of tabloid snips seem to fit my opinion (on phone)

24 Jan 2014 - Here's fresh Thief gameplay on PS4 along with a comprehensive hands on. ... But my frequent jogs to safety brought up another gripe: just how fake and empty the game's world feels.

25 Feb 2014 - Our Thief Review - for an in-depth, unbiased review of the latest and ... Then you start to see just how empty the hub worlds are and how the story ..... The whole place just feels dead.

So you go and find a review and base that on your own option?
I asked you to explain not post someone else work.

He did already, Shankly.

Not sure why you're defending the game so much :p. People will have differing views on it like most things in the realm of like/dislike. If you enjoy it, great. If you don't, not great. :)

Most reviews I've read say it's not a game I'm going to like so I ain't bought it. Might get in a years time when it's down to a couple of quid.

What I said above :D I came here asking for some advice and then got replies about how poor the game is. So I had right to post and stand on why I disagree.

void of activity??

Its a stealth game, some as Splinter cell or Metal Gear. What more are you guys expecting reason why I asking to explain.

My opinion, I'm not forming it on reviews...I didn't say that. You asked what I meant by empty.

I've played it plenty. Splinter Cells game world isn't empty...the scenarios don't allow for it to really feel that way. Although if you take the opening of Conviction, it's got one of the most populated / realistic setting you could care to mention.
