*****Official Things we BOUGHT in December Thread*****

I too would frame that pic ¬_¬ ;p

I love this pic! Do you have an email address i can contact you on.. need some advice purchasing an SLR. Feel like spending a few more thousand lol!

A few k = pretty much what Raikiri said :p Depends on what you will be shooting too though! I use older cameras at the moment but those with the mentioned cameras live in the photos forum, post up there if you're interested and everyone can chip in recommendations and tips :)

£55 for a frame that size with glass is a absolute bargain. For a comparison, I got a bespoke frame made for a 24x16" with a 2 inch mount and non reflective glass has set me back £157.

Looking around, it does seem like a good price but as I've never bought custom frames before I didn't realise the costs involved. I'll look around locally too as we have various crafts stores down here and if none of them are decent I'll buy this one.

The next step is making room on a wall though!

Oh, I would go locally every time if I can. I've ordered online before, twice, once with a acrylic and once glass, the glass shattered and it wasn't that big a print (A3). Was a hassle to return and get another.

Yup that and I don't trust Royal Fail or DerpEx or ******Link!

When I say shattered i actually received a parcel of glass. I didn't even open it, shaking it was just glass behind all that wrapping. Would be dangerous to even open it.
