Received the U7 Pro XG earlier. It’s mostly ok, slightly faster speeds than the U6 Pro gave. The range seems better, the solar inverter in the garage had no problems connecting to it (U7 Pro XG is on the landing ceiling). One issue that I do have is that a Sony tv in the living room absolutely refuses to connect to it. Had no problems with the U6 and it also connects just fine with U6 Mesh in the kitchen. Not sure what’s causing that.

WPA3 issue? Old IoT stuff isn’t compatible.
Ah no sorry, should have added. I’ve got a IoT SSID that’s just 2.4Ghz, a 5Ghz WPA2 SSID and one that’s got 5 and 6 Ghz with MLO on with WPA3. Was trying to connect the tv to the WPA2 one which was the same as with the U6 Pro. Admittedly, I don’t know if that is set up right or whether I actually need that many SSID’s. The tv is only a couple of years old, not sure if it does WPA3 or not.

Edit: Think I’ve managed to fix it. Changed the 5Ghz SSID to WPA2/WPA3 and then changed the 5 and 6Ghz one to just 6Ghz with WPA3 but named it the same as the 5Ghz SSID. TV had no problem connecting. No idea why it wouldn’t connect before. U7 Pro XG also seems to cover the house far better than the U6 Pro did. So much so, that I’ve turned off the U6 Mesh that was meshed to the U6 Pro/U7 Pro XG.

UDR7 Firmware 4.1.21 seems to have resolved the issues i had with 4.1.18 and 4.1.20. Everything appears to be behaving...at the moment anyway :D
