Remember gents, take a backup copy of your DB from time to time.

It's a very easy system to restore or move from one machine to another, providing you have a backup file :)

Does the autobackup take a DB copy? I'm presuming it does. I have a daily task for it, I'll probably set up a cron job to scp them to my NAS and then onto my OneDrive from there.

Sorry for my slow reply, been working away.

I've got the controller running on a Win 2012 server. I rebooted the whole server and they still show as disconnected.

Hmm. If you SSH into one of the devices so do 'info' what does it show for the status?

You haven't recently changed the IP address on your 2012 server have you?

Not sure if this is against the rules (can't see any Ubiquiti items on OCUK)

Can anyone recommend a reseller? Amazon seem to be out of stock

cheers.

I've used the first three listed for UK Distributors and Master Resellers and they've all been good for service/delivery with accurate stocks levels.

I only buy from Amazon as a last resort as the official resellers can handle RMAs for older equipment and various other issues.

Is says unreachable.

I’ve not changed the server IP. I noticed in the controller settings the hostname field was empty, I don’t remember looking at it before. I put the servers IP address in but it didn’t help.

Apologies if this has been asked a 100 times already,

Would a US-60w switch be enough for:
2x AC Pro both PoE
Cloudkey PoE

Approximately 20 devices (5 wired)

Does it show the correct IP address? Can you ping the controller from the AP?

You could also try 'set-inform http://ip.of.ubnt.controller:8080/inform' and see what that does.
