Wasn't the biggest fan of the first but absolutely loving this so far. Sat up till 6 am playing this lastnight and that is the first time in a long long time I have been so engrossed in a game, it kinda feels like playing a part in a great Hollywood blockbuster, the game just oozes awesome. :D

is shangilla?/shamballa acient mythical history? am just watching the mummy 3 and they make reference to the very place that drake goes.

perhaps the story got taken from there?

altho its tibetan in origin a lot of places around the world are claiming to be it, to attract tourists.

looks great in the game shame it goes the up like the lost cities of gold (kewl 80s t00n)

Loving this game so far. Love the way the game plays like a film. The graphics are fantastic. I've been playing most of the weekend.

I'm up to Chapter 25, am I nearing the end? The only reason why I ask is I want to complete it before COD:MW2 drops through my door.

The storyline in both games is based on ancient mythology, the first was El Dorado (The city of gold).

i watched the 3rd mummy film the night before aswell

Im not keen on the goat things that are running around tho, like the mummy things in the first i feel they spoil the game.

The 'goat things' arent that much of a issue, just a couple of scripted events to begin with and then once you know what your doing they are pretty easy to dispatch.

They only appear in what 3 or 4 of the 27 chapters?

To me uncharted has picked up the baton from indianna jones, the 3 indy films and then onto uncharted.

I have been pestering one of the devs on another forum to make a prequel featuring a young sully (20, but still with full 'stache). I don't think iam making much progress but dammit its worth the effort.

have u completed the game yet? you will find out what the goat things are to make the story a bit more believable.

Dont like to say it but the ram things are about as likely as the whole game. I loved the whole thing but you cant try and pick this sort of game apart on the basis of realism.

finished this today, the single player is simply amazing, i always thought i had done the best bit yet and then something else would happen that would just leave me in awe, one of the most incredible games ive played in a long time.

I have had the game weeks but i still havent finished it :o too busy playing about 4 games at one time but loving the game its great got to chapter 20 so getting there .
