Seriously impressive for a laptop!!! What's the temp like on it? Does it run hot?

It tends to run quiet but when put under load and the gpus hit 80 or so then the fans kick in and bring temps down. As far as usability goes I haven't felt any effects on the keyboard or touchpad while using it.
I went for the 3 yr warranty on it so I'm not worrying about temps that much. :)

Back on standard CPU clock to test new xfire 6950 config, I think this puts me at #22 on the ATI list

Finally put my 470 through Heaven. Beats the other single 470s on the list :)

GTX 470 @ 850/1700/1800 core/shader/memory
930 @ 4GHz

Probably be able to get higher on both the GPU and CPU, the GPU clocks are my folding stable core/shader and a little bump on the memory just to see what happened.

Next time I'll do the screenshot better heh, just looked through and realised almost everyone else has saved to HTML and screenshotted that.

There you go ;)

Heh, I was going to post it like that but I figured I would end up annoying people with lower resolutions.

I've now broken 1100 :) the card's still clocking higher but I'm now running out of room on Afterburner's core/shader clock slider.

Edited.

Do you need to enable unofficial overclocking to allow a greater range?

Right, thats it. clocking the 560ti higher lol. (couldn't get much higher ( 1080 points) without getting artifacts :-( (maybe with excessive voltage.. but don't really want to go higher than 1.1 too much).

Is that the Virtu application?

Ive tried running with it on and off and has made no difference, although on the card icon it says discrete??

Is your monitor connected directly to the graphics card or to the motherboard output?

Are you using the motherboard's video output at all?

There's nothing wrong with your score though it will be a bit lower if you run the benchmark with 4xAA as you should do to have a recognised score in this thread.

Nelly (6950) - 1183
bobby898 (6950) - 1148
Phase (6950) - 1109
nails666 (6950) - 1103
Mr Krugga (6950) - 1102
insejn (6950) - 1064
sldsmkd (6950) - 1049
iTek (6950) - 1047
Avathar77 (6950) - 1047
Laney88 (6950) - 1043
Dregan (6950) - 1040
mrplou (6950) - 1034

If you don't use the onboard GPU then disable it in the Device Manager.

Perhaps the benchmark is just picking it up because it's enabled even though you're actually using the HD 6950.

Run the benchmark again afterwards, not forgetting the 4xAA, and you'll likely get a similar score to those I posted above.
