Fiddling with the 6990, core @ 900 ram at stock cpu @ 4.2ghz. 11.10v3 cap3. Probably give this a propper go when the card goes under water :)

This is a 20hz core OC

I upped this to 80hz stable to try and get on the top 10, was at 130 average FPS on second to last scene, (Last two scenes are best fps gainers for me, as I get 260+ on them) and my display driver crashed x.x

Going to try again

Wow, that is pretty nice. What sort of temps do you run (under load) on those 3?

How are the temperatures on your HD 6950's now?

My first go at this, been working on PC's as an engineer for many many years but not really tried overclocking, heres my overclocked 860 @ 4.00ghz and a pair of 5870s in crossfire.

Got a low min FPS but not a bad max FPS.

I currently am using the beta 285.38 drivers for my setup. And i use ungine 2.5

I did a test with my sons PC i5 750 @ 3.7Ghz, he has a 560Ti 900 core 1800 shader and i think his score was virtually the same.

O/Cing your i5 2500k will help score a few more points :)

Well I O/c'd my 560ti to 951Mhz/1902Mhz Shaders/2300Mhz Memory and fiddled around with some of the setting on the 2500k so I think I'm at 4.2Ghz.

Getting 1051 points at present, although I really thought it would be more to be utterly honest.

Just got 4fps better on the minimum. Clocked at 4.4Ghz now.

Atm, the one next to the processor heat sink hits 90ish max
the other two hit 50-70 max

Pretty good temps for trifire, not that pleased about the burn from the heatsink, but it's ok.

I haven't had a chance to run them with a higher clock, MSI afterburner crashes instantly if I try and OC the cold ones.. no apparent reason, if I turn off extended OCing I can clock them fine, but then I can't clock the 3rd one.

Ok cool, feel slightly better about my temps now....

Pretty odd you cant OC the 3rd card tho?

It did likely cost well over £2,000 and a desktop less than half the price could beat that score.

That's true, it ended up just over £2k after discount and quidco. When I get round to upgrading my desktop to an i7 2600 it'll beat the m18x. Not sure I'll be able to sling the desktop (sorry, big tower) in a backpack though. Suppose I could try one of those massive hiker backpacks, would save a few trips to the gym ;).
