I'd guess you won easily since you have a few scouts and they have none? Plus their E100 is worse than yours and the E75 is an E100 player who's E100 was still in battle (presumably because he suicided at the start)
 
Working on getting my covenantor upgraded with a camo net and binocs to increase its scouting ability, anyone recommend a third upgrade? Quite enjoyed nipping ahead of everyone in the clan battles and spotting the enemy/dying.

It's just getting the people online at the same time - most of the regular players have tier 8 tanks. Thing with tier 8 is that it requires tactics, and most of us are too drunk to follow tactics...;)

For scout on the move you need Optics not Binos and invest in 6th sense and camo perks.
I'd typically carry Optics, Binos, Net or Toolbox instead of Net for either passive/active scout.
 
My older brother has just started to play this, from watching just a few minutes, it looked fun.

I might try it myself. So do you have to start with the crapest tank at first? Or can you go buy yourself a Tiger tank or something?
 
There are premium tanks you can buy but you are best starting at the bottom and working up. What makes people angry is new players who go straight and buy premier tanks and dont know how to play or cant understand the tactics and ruin the game for everyone else.

The Tier 1 and 2 tanks are the best place to learn and can be fun if not more so than the higher tiers.

Id recommend working up because you get a feel for the different tanks and the type of play style that you enjoy.

In the same way typical RPG games focus around the Tank/Damage/Support classes; WoT utilizes a similiar system around its tank classes as well. Small and Nippy, Heavy and slow, Artillery support etc.

It defaults to using torrents so if your ISP shapes it will go slower. If you click the spanner in the top right and turn off torrents it might go quicker.
