no better in the lower tiers though.
Stupid clowns driving tier 4/5/6 lights/mediums that just run off like lemmings and get killed within the first 2 minutes because no matter how crap they do they still make money.....
80% of my losses must be from clowns that have no patience for this game.

like the people who suicide rather than spot > fall back > let arty take the kills and defence maps where the whole team decide to charge off on the attack.... its a defense map for a reason FFS

What Delboy means is how on Earth that player managed to get to tier 9 with stats that bad. It must have been a bot farm or maybe some experiment with a monkey...

To be that bad and not have quit by tier 9 is pretty amazing.

And with regrads to running in and dying I hear what you say, but there are also many players at the other extreme where they just will not push in no matter whether it will give them a good advantage and that can quite often lose them the game just as badly.
 
I have calmed down somewhat over the last week. This weekend I finished my grind on the T-44! God that tank is the worst tier 8 I have ever played.

I still have the following tanks to finish:

M46 Patton - Got 40k XP
T54E1 - Got 80k XP
Comet - Got 20k XP
or I can buy the T-54

What line do I finish first?

does anyone of you play WoT on new AMD APU's ??
I know this game eats loads of PC power but it is ridiculous …
On my main pc on stock i7-2600k and 7970 at 2560*1600 I have no problems at all – before 8.3 on 2 maps I had 11pfs lol
Tried WoT on A8-5600k with 2gb RAM assigned to GPU and it is barely playable at low settings even at 720p and old graphic settings…because of that, am thinking of getting extra GPU…it beats the subject of having APU in HTPC if I get extra GPU in it but hey…my little bro wants to play tanks…

T-54.

It's one of my favourite tanks (along with the IS3), you won't regret it and should enjoy the grind. Whether you then go on to get the T62A however is entirely up to you.

Its hard to get more tank is super rare. Not many people had them in the first place and a lot got sold early on as they were worth a lot of credits. It is right though only beta players have them so majority know what they are doing. There were a lot less awful players in beta compared to now.
 
Here we also clearly see that M6A2E1 is owned by the best players - as it was a pre-order special so mostly players from the beta times got it.

What was the tank people from beta got if they did 800 battles or whatever it was?

I have that on my ex beta account but I never played the game at launch and for some reason the account was auto locked to the US server with no way now of switching it :(

So I made a new EU account a few weeks ago

As skdav said ,the Sherman was a bonus for beta players with X number of games.

The M6A2E1 was a pre order bonus for the "Heavy" gold package. I think it was available for a short time on the Russian Gift shop but never has or will be on the EU server.
 
I'm actually surprised there's not more maps there's not many that weren't in the beta and that was years ago
do they have any plans to make more?

btw there is no way for me to join the ocuk clan then ?
I've got a months premium running right now and usually play quite a lot, would be fun to hook up with some ocuk folk even if it were just for regular games.

I'm far from the best WOT player but likely better than most of the people you see in normal games
