Quick question about Vertical Stabilizers...

Do they only effect the RNG when rolling on a hit or do they actually physically stop your sights jigging about so much when zoomed and you're on the move? If it does stop them jigging about, how much of a difference does it make on a fast moving medium?

VS makes the aiming circle smaller to start off with when moving (20% iirc)

Sitting playing earlier and I got my pc gamer mag with the world of tanks guide through the door , so I decided to add the gold and use it to buy the camo net and periscope thing for my T1 heavy, after changing gold to cash and buy the two items it said I already have a camo net and periscope in inventory , I knew I bought one for the stug but when I checked I had bought the items but never equipped them

amatuer mistake. I thought they automatically went into your tank no wonder I thought it never really felt like it made much diffence to my stug
