** Official World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria Thread**

Jesus, lots of that is great but a lot of it seems very strange. Like they're removing core abilities without seemingly adding a replacement. Hunters for example - SV losing kill shot. An entire stance is even being taken out for warrior's as there's no berserker stance anymore.

I can only assume they're working out replacements otherwise class rotations would be even more dumbed down than they already are.

Is it wrong that I'm starting to think you're better off working like 5 hours overtime at work and buying the boost for a level 60 toon rather than spending the 50+ hours levelling, plus profession time and that endless, mind numbing gear up phase to LFR and then LFR progression?

Profession boost can save you over 20k gold, gear boost + timeless isle basically gets you into ToT LFR straight away and then it's a few items into SoO. That's probably about 80-100 hours grinding you're saving yourself and you still get the levelling process to learn the major abilities from 1-60. Plus you get all the mount training and stuff which saves you a bit of cash.

That £40 price tag still putting me off though :(

I think the concept behind buying a boost for a character is a very good idea for people that have experienced the game, but it promotes noobs that have barely played the game that have spare cash to easily get to 90, which leaves newcomers having no idea of how to play the class they boost, yet nearly instantly granted access to SoO LFR with 30 minutes of chest looting on Timeless Isle. I'd say it's really worth it if you're actually an experiences player and are that unmotivated to level a character (make sure you learn the character though).

most of the QQ i see is that the pally wings will be RET only now.

Also quite a few moaning about frost being the only DK spec that can DW now, Unholy the only one with a ghoul, yet blood the only with army lol.

I hope this means beta will be available soon as i would like to get a look into how the class feels now, havent been playing wow for about a month now

I'm wondering how retribution paladins will work without Inquisition and Guardian of Ancient Kings. Inquisition is a 30% bonus to holy damage and 10% crit increase, and GoAK is one of our two major DPS CDs.

Ello all,

I used to be in the OverAchievers guild that was formed from OcUK.

I saw a while back that it was starting up again, and I said I'd re-join and sub but real life got the better of me.

Is it still going now with the same people or is there a guild I can join?

You might laugh but we have Gala/IJ down already, it's just Sha that's proving a bit of a roadblock. Not a good raid last night though - five wipes on HC Immerseus before he went down. Clearly certain minds were elsewhere. :o

hahaha sorry i see, we did all bosses one after the other and never had a problem with Sha  Few wipes late on in the fight once you got used to the whole Pacman thing.

25 hc and 10 hc is different though, always did it 10 man and now raiding 25 man and its completely different

I hate IJ, Shamans is interesting but pretty easy fight lots of moving and not standing in Fire stuff. Nazgrim easy enough and Malkorok is a Bitch

Cloak quest is a real ball ache... especially the parts where it says get 3000 valour... urgh! it may as well just say "wait three weeks"

That's exactly what I said. Till you get past it and it asks for secrets, which you get from ToT abd the first 2 parts of SoO. And titan stones too I believe(not that far yet). Sadly trying to get groups to do ToT are as rare as hens teeth!

How many does it ask for?

Just picked up the quest to kill some high lord dude, and win a few BGs (easier said than done)

20, and its not 100% every boss. Honestly, i think i've been on this quest 3 weeks and i've only got 8. Just Waiting in the queue for so long. Their is only so many things i can be bothered doing. EDIT: and that isn't just LFR, im on open raid, oqueue and wows own cross realm raid finder.

I managed the high lord guy on my own, but it was touching cloth near the end. I was also lucky with the BG's as it was my first time in them, we won both matches. This was mainly down to people wanting to steal other peoples kills, id wait till i had about 3-4 players on me, then pop everything and watch my health fly back up. They want the kill so badly they forget they should be doing.
