** Official World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria Thread**

Played again last night after a week off. I kept on getting booted off the server.

I don't get much time in the evenings so I thought "I'll be happy if I level up once tonight". Blasted through 2 levels in about an hour! The monk daily is giving me about 15% of a level.

I keep meaning to apply to overachievers. Is there anyone I can message in game?
 
I have hit exalted with the Anglers and got Master of the Oven. Just need Master of the Wok and Grill now to have them all.

Wish I had more time to do dailies, but work does take up so much time. Still need to get exalted with the golden lotus, klaxxi, shado-pan and celestials =/
 
Not started with Celeste or shado pan yet its on my list of things to do :p

with the 1000 VP cap you are only going to get an item every 1-2 weeks anyway from rep grind fraction loot so in no rush

My biggest fear at present is the guild i am in is struggling to kill bosses in MV and in 2-3 weeks we are only 1 boss down but thats raiding casual 3 hours 3 times a week not hard core by any standard

3 times a week isn't what I would call casual by any standard either, you're half way in between :p

Anyone doing Pet Battles? I recommend the Fel Flame from SMV if you are.
 
been raiding three times so far once a week for 2 hours at a time and only 4/6 but don't really see the point too much effort when you compare how face roll lfr is , I used to raid hardcore back in vanillla,tbc so now seeing wow as a casual I still don't agree with this multiple raid mode rubbish

Raiding is a colossal waste of time and effort because they just plonk everyone back at the start line every expansion, you might as well just clear the content once to experience it and then wait for the next expansion.
 
LFR is noting compared to the normal fights

I am not talking LFR :p

Had a little moan last night so will see what happens, few bits of dead wood got rid of but time will tell think we are back to 2 healers and i am in no way ready to 2 heal bosses gear wise with the planks i have that stand in the fire :D
 
Had a good crack at Heart of Fear last night, first boss was a real eye opener for us, healing was much more of a challenge than we'd first believed. Took us far too long but we finally got it down after 2 and a half hours. Had one crack at the second boss and got him to his final phase so we just need to sharpen that up and we will have the kill there.
 
I am 2 bars away from Exalted with the Netherwing Faction for the Mount, got to wait till tomorrow now to finish it and get my reward :( I can't be bothered to farm the eggs all of today.

Anyway. As I was flying to Nagrand for the final daily I was messing around with the settings in the system menu and turned on Ultra for view distance and ground clutter etc and my word. How beautiful is this game. I upgraded my gfx card last year but kept the settings I was using prior to installing it. should have really had a look at the options. it really is a good looking game for its age. I know they add bits and bobs each patch/expansion etc each time it looks better.

Just thought I would share that :cool:
 
Im on Silvermoon alliance and want to move to a good pvp server.
has to be english and actrive any one know of a good pvp server ally side.

Goddamn maintenance. I have only got one daily to hand in for my Netherdrake mount. My toon logged out last night next to one of the quest givers, only 350 rep away from Exhalted. One quest. One hand in. Oh why oh why didn't I do the Aldor quest the other day. They would have given me the right amount for the Drake.

On a good note the servers are normally up about 8:30

i was 100 away from cloud serpent when i got exalted with them a few weeks back.........

managed to get a kill on sha last night, i know slacking.

Can you only get loot once a week from that boss, i not looked into it yet :p

Yeah, we had a shot last night, the healing required for Force and Verve was a real suprise. A few of our DPS were also failing to run the correct way around the Attenuation discs spiral. What really caught us out was the last phase, we got a Force and Verve with a shield against a far wall followed immediately by an Attenuation. With the outside starting position and the discs bouncing off the walls we lost 4 people quickly. That was our last pull of the night, back to Mogushan for some farming on Thursday then we''ll give Heart of Fear another go on Sunday.
 
The first boss in Heart of Fear is a joke on normal.

However it seems pretty difficult on heroic, no US guilds have killed it yet (took 20 minutes for Stone Guards to die on heroic) - but there does seem to be a bug with people being locked out to different raid ID's, so it could just be that.

Agreed regarding normal. We one shot in and not everyone had watched videos. Was a sloppy kill but a kill all the same. Hows everyones HOF Progress. We managed to get 4/6 last week. Didnt really get anywhere on 5th though :(

We got 6/6 last night. Amber Shaper seems pretty confusing at first but it's really not once you've got the tactic sorted (like most things really :p). You just need to make sure your DPS are really quick at breaking out people who get transformed, phase 3 is really just a faceroll as everyone ends up transformed and he dies really quickly.
 
Severs are still down and expected to be up around 1pm. Never seen it take that long before. Maybe it's because I am waiting to hand in my last quest for the mount. typical.
