Not played much over the last few days, managed to hit 69 on my warrior, still enjoying it, game feels fresh since i last played it, looking forward to northrend levelling again as i've only done it the once before.
and i agree Prot is the way forward, currently done 1-69 as prot spec, never had a mob i couldn't solo including elites that are a few levels higher than me, also Random dungeon finder is almost instant when queued as a tank.

Yep 4.03 is on the PTR and it's just the elemental invasion of cities. 4.03a is supposed to be a week or two before launch.

I did 1-64 in 2 weeks on my new prot warrior before I went back to my old one. Soloed almost every 5 man up until ramparts. The new victory rush is awesome!
They are even more fun in BGs now than they were pre-4.0, too. Glyphed and talented spell reflect, with warbringer and gag order will totally **** on 90% of casters. Only melee I have trouble with are ret paladins and well played arms warriors. Unfortunately we can't do much to healers though except stunlock/silence them.
I love my warrior. It's the only class I can play where I still have fun even when I'm rubbish.

Found exactly the same on my pala leveling as prot is OP.
Vengence makes it ridiculous.
Prot Warriors used to be as good as un-killable by anyone 1v1 before the Warbringer/Revenge stun changes. Versus healers nobody would die and anyone who could not heal would die eventually.
The downloader seems to be preloading something... 4.0.3 due soon?
On a side note, me and the missus decided to just purchase Cataclysm through the Blizzard store. Sure, it's an extra fiver, but it's a good twenty mile round trip at midnight to get the sodding copies anyway.

The BG merge thing has been interesting, my Battlegroup (Rampage) has merged with Cyclone and Alliance seem to be winning quite a lot more. The Cyclone Alliance people probably arent too happy at how much we suck though!
4.0.3 is coming this week yes, world changes wont happen for another few weeks though, it's just pre loading of the data.
Took me a day of tanking to get back into full flow with my warrior.

Yeah, dinged 79 last night, now its just the slog to 80. Also working my way through the AT, got 12/25 of the token things I need for the quest, though I still need exhalted with the trolls and TB before I can get the title and start getting heirlooms through that. I was kinda hoping to have some before Cata hit through to help my new characters along. I'm currently planning on remaking all but my 2 main chars, since I'm having to re-learn all those classes, I might as well do it while playing through all the new 1-60 content with them as well.
4.0.3 drops this week, a blizz employee said 4.0.3a (the shattering) will occur very shortly after, as soon as next week
decided to roll a human hunter and orc mage until the worgen/goblins are available
Do you just play lots of characters up to level 20 and then reroll again? That must get boring
