Some valid gear grinders so far!

For me it's drivers who drive around with their main beam on and those drivers who think blue headlight bulbs are cool or those who put LED strips on their lights and doubly so on cars with halogen bulbs as it looks even more inbred!

That may be the case, but a lot of people *do* get dazzled (if you want to call it that) by fog lights.

Plus, they aren't called fog lights for nothing, and as you pointed out, they aren't illegal (when used incorrectly) for nothing either.

They should make rear fog lights come on automatically if you use the front fog lights imo, after all if you deem it necessary to use front fog lights it must be necessary to use the rears as well. But that doesn't look as cool I guess :o

It's pretty off putting, especially on larger cars, Range Rovers, X5s, **** mobiles.

More so the fact that it's mostly just ***** trying to be cool!
 
I sometimes go in KFC, i know i know but sometimes I have a craving only a bucket of greasy chicken can satisfy. Its always busy, and I always end up spending 5 minutes queuing for it. What annoys me more than anything else is the numbty in front of me will wait until its their turn to be served to look at the menu and then decided what they want

I despaired at a recent story in the news about removing apostrophes from sign posts all together - places like King's Cross, or Kings' Cross - because they weren't sure where the apostrophe belonged based on the context of the original naming. Is it the cross of the king, or the cross of kings? Decide one way or the other and damn well stick to it, don't just throw the whole thing away because it's "too hard" :mad:. Of particular importance now that ignorance of basic grammar that should have been learned in primary school is now more widely accepted - why the hell people think it's okay, I just don't know.

Nothing makes me gnash my teeth more than mindless liberals - the kind who are actually incredibly ignorant but think that by taking (what they perceive to be) the moral high-ground makes them impervious to criticism. You know the kind.....they have a "Free Tibet" bumper sticker but couldn't point to Tibet on a map and have no clue what's actually happening there. They all had "Impeach Bush" signs on their front yards, but Obama is the frickin' second coming apparently :rolleyes:
 
When my GF says things but then doesn't have any evidence of reason to say them.. ARGH!

@ Energize - I had to call up to stop automatic renewal. You used to be able to online, but they stopped the feature.

I've actually thought about buying some brighter bulbs just so i can let the buggers overtake and then pull out behind them and blind them for a change.

Yeah they stopped it online because too many people were cancelling and they were losing money, so they made it very difficult to cancel. :(
 
Other drivers at work who rather than close the air vents in the vans with the dial insist on pushing them in all manner of bizzare directions. Its not hard is it! All I want to do is get in, position seat and go. Not faff about moving the vents so that I can stay warm at this time of year. GRRRRRR!
