 Blasphemy
The Impreza is one of the nicest sounding cars around IMO

Can't compete with the sound of even a soft tuned V8 though. :)

I'd imagine those Rovers to be real sleepers though, as 260BHP is nothing for those engines. I am not sure if my Mustang has the exact same engine but it runs 330BHP stock on 91 RON based fuel. A CAI and remap to 98 RON takes that supposedly upto 390BHP at the rear wheels according to Litchfield Imports, but I question that.....

Saleen also do a Supercharger for mine ($5000) which increases BHP to 470BHP at just 5lb of boost and the engine can supposedly handle around 500BHP before strengthening is required, so they are extremely tunable engines. :D

However why would you pay £15000 for a Rover when you can have a real 2005 Ford Mustang GT with 300BHP and true American Muscle? Only reasons I can think of is the Rover 75 is a nicer place for 4 people to travel in comfort and it is right hand drive. :)

I still think The scoob sounds sexy

How long is it going to be untill you get yourself that supercharger :D
Now would be the time because then you have all summer to play with

Suppose its being different as well to be honest. Like why people spend loads of cash putting 2.0 Turbos into Corsas etc. Beats following the crowd! :d

While I would like to argue the side of the Rovers here, I don't think owning a Mustang is 'following the crowd' ;)

They would be in the UK too I'd imagine if you could get the right hand drive for similar price. :)

If Ford brought the Mustang over here in RHD and sold it for the same price as they did in the States, they would have a sure-fire winner.

Just a shame that they won't :(

Cept it will cost you 1/4 price of the car per year in fuel!

If i lived in the states i would have one in a heartbeat.

Surely you would prefer a 2006 Mustang gt500.
