No heats, just the one race each, they will be split into the 'pools' like in the other events. It's all about time not position.

Yeah, cool. When I said heat, in my head I meant pool. Fortunately she is in the final pool then otherwise it would be a bit of a weak finish to her (hopefully) Gold.

Good race from Christine Ohorugu there, comfortable second place without extending herself too much but she seems to be coming into a bit of form at the right time.

And yes in answer to the above it's down to times for the points to complete the heptathalon.
