Cancellara well down on Froome, miles down, so Froome is looking great for a Bronze, if he can speed up a bit he's not miles down on Martin, in the tour Froome didn't do the same speed throughout iirc, he was faster as it went on, slow start, and got faster the further in it got?

That is usually how Wiggins does it, not sure about Froome.

Froome looks pretty nackered right now though so I'm not sure if he'll be able to overhaul Martin. Hope I'm wrong though

It's a good crowd for sure but the commentary in just about every sport I've watched has been hilariously optimistic, swimming is great the main guy constantly says "this is going to be under XXX " and he gets it wrong every damn time.

The guy today was saying the crowd was 10 deep at the start and 5 deep everywhere on the course, a tad optimistic


Anyway, great time by Froome, anyone know if Phinney is slow or Martin is THAT fast? Hope he can nab the silver but I think its not looking too likely.
