OMG Ebay users are getting really lame, threatening me with prison

Have you claimed the marble is in anyway linked to a manufacture/specific type?

If not and people are just assuming it is then i wouldn't worry.

Oh seriously, ignore him, he's clearly a kid. Just ignore his emails, put them in your spam folder, whatever. As you say, you have nothing to hide, even if he DOES report to ebay, they'll find nothing. Incase you don't know, he can't tell the FBI what to investigate, so don't believe for a second that he has instigated them before. All he can do is report the listing to ebay. Why he has nothing else better to do than go on a personal crusade against someone selling a marble clearly indicates he has not hit puberty yet and as such has a lot of free time "on his hands" which could be put "to better use". :p

TL;DNR. Ignore him.

BTW: if u don't want to link the listing, just copy + paste the description + pic. ....and item number
 
FBI doesn't usually get involved in cases of less than $250,000 anyhow - their mandate is completely different this kinda stuff would be left to regular police.

Guy is obviously a few uh screws loose... reply with something really random like "hey thanks for your interest did you want to include postage with that?"

And re: that listing: Definitely fake, expect to hear from Secret Service. This goes all the way to the White House. I'll instigate an international incident with the Chinese government, you know what they do with people who counterfeit their marbles?? You'll be tortured on a container ship and no one will know where you are. Might even meet Jack Bauer!
