I'm convinced he uses Cuprinol to get that colour.
Ronseal actually - does exactly what it says on the tin.

My thoughts precisely. Its their fault if they think its worth over $5k.
Maybe he just thinks they're stupid, and he'd be right. If your deliberately trying to sell a fake product then hopefully you will get burnt and in some serious trouble, your no better than a thief, you just think your a clever one
get over yourselfIf you know the marble is a fake and not revealing this information then of course what your doing is completely morally wrong and possibly legally as well as it's a type of fraud imo.

$5,000? Where/how do you get said "fake" marbles.

So it's o.k to try and steal from people provided they are 'stupid'

they are marble collectors. and as far as marbles go that is one of the most detailed/complicated ones ive ever seen which is why people are competing for it
it's just me
No they are competing for it because they think it's an old rare antique marble that is worth a lot of money and potentially a sound investment!
Obviously if it's a fake then all the above is void, a 'marble' lover has already aired his suspicions that it's a fake and tbh my scam/******* meter says the way it's been listed and worded looks fishy and deceptive at the very least!
Perhaps it's just me but I have this horrible picture in my head of someone ecstatic and over the moon thinking they have just obtained something they have spent years looking for to then come crashing down realizing that it's a poor fake and they have pretty much been robbed of thousands of pounds!!
But hey it's their own 'stupid' fault

I'm sure if he really thought it was worth something he would have taken it to be valued rather than just stick it in an auction where the highest bidder gets it lol.
