On hold music

Sage do actually have this when you ring. You pick different genres. By far the most popular music we have had where I work is The Beatles. Nina Simone was also very popular, to the point where one of our customers called up several times specifically to ask if we could put her on hold to listen to it :eek:

Yup - but often retail are Royalty free - Halifax probably have thier own composed, or pay knowck down fee's.
