Some more yesteryear one-hit wonders of an eclectic nature - as j00ni wisely qualified, this doesn't necessarily constitute an endorsement of quality!

Snow - Informer
Compulsion - Mall Monarchy
Army Of Lovers - Crucified [worth watching the vid on Youtube alone; much uber-campness and a particularly lovely lady*]
Zig & Zag - Them Girls, Them Girls

* If you've seen the vid, no, I'm not talking about the 'lady' with the sideburns and suspiciously immaculate eyebrows ;)

They're far from one hit wonders!
That's their only one I've heard on the radio... :o

Dandy Warhol's - Bohemian like you

Insert any other advert one hit wonder here...

Smoke city - underwater love (anyone remember this?)

Also, I don't think apache is a one hit wonder in the same way that "Amen Brother" isn't...

A Lapdance Is So Much Better..... is absolute genius. Foxtrot, Uniform, Charlie, Kilo is decent and the video is a pretty good mickey take as well. Ballad Of Chasey Lain is probably their second most famous song though.

Definitely one of my greater guilty pleasures is The Bloodhound Gang, cheesy trash they may be but entertaining all the same. You've got to have a certain amount of respect for a bunch of guys who are basically noodling about in a band, having fun with their mates and getting paid for it, all the while being ridiculously crude for no other reason than they can.

Well it was their only UK #1 . Not that that means much. And chocolate starfish isn't a good album.

:D Say that after half a bottle of Steamer and 5 bottles of Baltika then boyo!

I'd say The Boy With X-Ray Eyes, i bought this for about 20 pence, and its dire, apart from Spaceman, which is great!

Also Monolithe II, by Monolithe, as theres only one track on the album:p

Yep, hats off to the guys. They are like NoFx but a little more mainstream. :)
