One Meal a Day (OMAD)

Im still eating this way an enjoying weight loss still. down to 16.7 stones...but weirdly been at this weight for 3 weeks but have put 3 new wholes in my belt in the last 3 weeks, so some remoulding going on. Still working with my personal trainer and putting on some muscle. Down 3 scrub sizes at work..very pleased.
 

my journey so far. I should update a photo from post xmas gains. My most recent photo on the right I had just got in from training in the rain. My coach said I had lost weight in my face...well yes just a little.
 
I've inadvertantly eaten this way pretty much my whole adult life and I'm still a fat *******.

I've never eaten breakfast as I'm just not hungry at 4-5am, just a couple of cups of tea usually. Never bothered with pack up at work as I'm too disorganised to get the stuff in all the time and to make it, so that leaves an evening meal as only meal of the day.

I'm never ravenously hungry but I do usually have a big meal in the evening.

The only time I dropped weight was when I cut out sugars and carbs, which was easy when I was out of work and the weight fell off, exercise has never resulted in weight loss for me only changing what I eat has resulted in significant weight loss. I was doing regular 200km audax bike rides at 16 stone and I was the same weight when I gave up cycling as I was before I started years earlier.
