OnePlus One.

Just replaced my Galaxy S4 with the 64GB and the only thing I cant sort out is finding a utility to sync my Outlook 2007 calendar and the calendar on the phone. Any recommendations guys n girls?

Thanks

How did you do it on the S4?
I gave up trying to get local Outlook calendars in sync with Android, and switched to Google calendar instead.

Can't wait for mine to be delivered!!
Got email on Friday to say it's shipped with the royal mail. I went for standard delivery option. Come on, come on, come on, come on, come on :D

What's the diff between CM12 and CM12S?

CM12S is the version specifically developed by CyanogenMod for the OPO. CM12 is the 'regular' version.

Biggest difference really is the small customisations and the camera app (which you can sideload anyway)

I'm in no rush to jump to Lollipop... I imagine the first couple of releases will have a few bugs. And having only just got my OPO set up perfectly on KK, I don't wanna have to factory reset and start from scratch again. KK is super stable and quick for me :D

I'll wait for you guys to try it out first :p

Looking forward to mine arriving tomorrow. Hopefully it will turn up while someone is in. I'll probably hold out for an official release of lollipop but is it worth rooting straight away?

It's so easy you might as well. But you'll need to unlock the bootloader first.

The so-called "official" bootloader unlock may or may not work (Google it). If it doesn't, there's a tool somebody on XDA made that works every time (again, Google it).

I will do, thanks. Haven't rooted a phone since the HTC Desire but this looks even easier.

Just opened a ticket to return mine within the 14 days no questions asked thing they do. Very disappointed I ordered one for my birthday when they started the Tuesday no invite deal. I only used it for a day but had the following problems;

3 in touch app wouldn't work as it said the phone was rooted even though it wasn't the workarounds I used on my rooted S3 didn't work and I really need that app as there is no signal where I work.

Phone signal in normal signal areas was terrible it constantly cycled from full to none to a few bars of signal even if you sat it on a table and didn't move it.

It died yesterday black screen wouldn't respond to anything didn't come back for about 5 mins.

Numerous times the pinch to zoom went crazy and the thing you were trying to zoom on would go crazy and flicker and on pictures in would flick to other pictures instead of zooming.

I really hope that the return process is smooth as I've read that the customer support is pretty terrible luckily I used paypal so I might have some cover there. It seems that there is a reason this phone is cheaper than the other top of the range smartphones I just want a phone that works and this one just stressed me out.
