Mine came this afternoon, rooted already and installed the latest CM12 build. Will probably go for the AK kernel as well. What root apps would you guys recommend?

I ordered last tuesday, it took 8 days, with express delivery. Got mine today
thats only cos they had no stock in the UK warehouse and they had a inventory stock check over the weekend, just bad luck on timing i guess for the 3rd March Orders
lets hope 10th March orders are quicker
Standard delivery is the way to go anyway as it could potentially arrive in Saturdays post (royal mail recorded delivery), whereas DHL will deliver weekdays only.

I'm so tempted to get a OPO after having had a quick play with one. My HTC One S is getting really rather knackered. It's done me well though.
So what's the latest on Lollipop? After 5.0 are OPOs likely to get more upgrades? I don't want to buy something that is already too outdated..
