Had mine 2 days, love it already. Had it rooted with CM12 (Lollipop) ROM on it within an hour of turning it on, very nice phone, no downsides from what I can see. The only ones I can think of is that some people may find it too big (I definitely don't
) and that it only works with 3/EE 4G networks (not that it bothers me because I'm on 3). Go for it!Oh and about the official updates, even if they're no longer officially updated, there will be plenty of ROMs on the latest version for you to choose from, as it's like right now.

I've had two of these and neither had yellow tint.

Agreed. In my case it went with in 3 days. Mine was built 5 days before it was in my hands.
Yeah. Fantastic phone. I'll be first in line for the oneplus 2 if they keep prices down . Very impressed with them.

Is that actually your phone then? Yeah no way I could live with that. Mine was so faint, then it just went. I think I can sometimes see it slightly warmer at some angles but nothing you would notice if the you weren't looking.
It's very similar to this, sometimes it appears very bad the others it not that bad. It's weird, different angles, ambient lighting all have different effect
My point is, this has been and issue since day 1 and they don't seem to address it, it may be hit and miss on some handsets but their qa is something to be desired
Apparently they do not accept rma for this and only chance to return phone is within they first 14 days due to cooling off period..
If it wasn't for this yellow banding I would keep it for sure, once you see it your can't help not noticing it,.

Well. I don't know how you'd feel. But I'd send it right back, and just order another whilst you wait for a refund. That looks bad enough not to clear up on its own. Mine was nothing like that.
